  Today I learned how to do a nollie kickflip but most importantly I learned, and possibly invented, a rewind hospital.  Just like a hospital flip only reverse.  You know when you do a hospital you flick the board up-side-down then under shuvit, but a rewind hospital is when you do a frontside pop-shuvit, flick it up-side-down then flick it back up.  Don't think it's possible?  Well I will post a how to rewind hospital video soon.
