VANS 'Show Us Your Spot' Contest
Upload a video to show us your favorite secret skate spot and tell us which team rider you think would kill it and you could win a J-Lay prize pack!
- Contest will run from June 1st and will end June 30th
- How To Enter: Shoot some video of your favorite skate spot, feel free to narrate an overview of the spot and provide detail, ie. Names associated with spots, rails, gaps, etc. When you’re done upload your video to Shred or Die and be sure to make the title of your video start with the prefix 'Show Us Your Spot:', ie. "Show Us Your Spot: My Local Rail Gap"
- Videos will be judged by the Vans skate team managers who will choose the winner from the following criteria: a spot that hasn't been seen, hasn't been shown in a magazine and how skateable the spot is. For example does it have rails, half pipe, a ditch, etc.
- The winner will be notified by the email address provided when you sign up to ShredOrDie.com
- Grand Prize: J Lay Prize Pack from his Fall 08 Signature Apparel and Footwear line: (1 of each for all) Shoe, Pant, T-shirt, Hoodie, Hat and Signed skate deck
2nd Place: JLay Shoe, Pant, Shirt and Hat
3rd Place: Shoe and Hat
- The video must be created by the person submitting it.
