more > (5:49) Xcorps Action Sports Show #20.)"XPO"-seg4- This high rolling Xcorps episode doses the viewer with host Eric Ducharme riding the rare Randal motorized skateboard and features a cool Xsports event called the Extreme XPO all powered by new music and video from one of our favorite bands- Primus.
The show opens with a skate jam at a local
Encinitas Ca parking lot with Eric The X Guru fueling up the unique Randal mid engine motor board. Not sold in stores and with only 60 made in 1995 by Randal, known for their high speed skate trucks, this rare board rocks with a 27cc shaft drive motor, centrifugal clutch and Randal skate trucks. Great on board POV shots here as Eric demo rides this very cool board wide open. Hear how he rates the rig.
Next the show rolls back in time to 1997 to the Del Mar California fairgrounds and an event produced by the X Guru called the Extreme XPO. This huge indoor/outdoor Xfest illustrates how our producers were way ahead of the times by featuring sports like mountain boarding, freestyle BMX with Ryan Nyquist on his Haro along with half pipe action on inline skates, bikes and boards and even a few words from host Jason Lazo at the start of his on camera TV career. Check a wacky pack race around the track with pocket bikes, 4 man Go Peds, Rollercycles, Fly bikes and Eric on a mini cart. Nice style Xman. Freestyle races rule especially with a mixed bag like this!
After that Eric intros a new video from our friends at RIVE with new Primus recorded live November 2004 at Chicagos Aragon Ballroom. Good to see Primus back onstage again.
After the break Primus returns with more live video from their Hallucino-Genetics tour and a performance of the song Pudding Time backed by shots from local
Encinitas skate jammers who can stick their moves. Meanwhile the XGURU takes a few more gas powered runs on his classic Randal motor board.
The show wraps with some comedy from Primus and a theatrical look at band member Les Claypool in the year 2065 talking about their Woodstock 1994 gig!
Additional music from the band Collective Soul and their CD Youth. TRT-29:30 1/2005 J.S.Edmondson Closed Captioned

more > (3:00) Xcorps Action Sports Show #2.)"BASE"-seg2- The theme of emerging X sports, lifestyles and music carries on with this dangerous new episode of The X Corps which reaches all the way to Norway with a look at BASE jumping. The show opens with a sunny day at the beach in Santa Monica Ca with X team hosts Roslyn Bradle and Jason Lazo setting up to test ride the new ‘Skate Luge’ sitdown skate board fitted with the new ‘Skatebrake’. Check it out, a new way to stop a skateboard that really works!
Next the show features a select corps of people who take jumping from 3000-foot sheer cliffs to a new level of fun danger and expression. See X Corps host and B.A.S.E. (Buildings-Antennas-Spans-Earth), jumper Ray Murphy – a pro sky diver with over 3500 jumps - plummet downward along a water fall at over 120 mph at the cliffs in Kjerag Norway. This area is considered the best B.A.S.E. jump zone on earth. New and unique styles of jumps are shown here including the near fatal ‘throw-off’ and the hilariously funny costumed ‘Udder Jump’. Dramatic multi camera POV angles put you there for the big drops pumped by music from the Maverick Records band ‘One Side Zero’. Girls can jump super big too! See Annie do her back flip off the cliff edge and watch her landing at the bottom. Sweet!
After that Roz and J intro X Corps ‘Gadget Man’ Eric “The X Guru” Ducharme who demo rides the fresh and unseen BMW (yes the German car company), “Streetcarver” skateboard down the hills of
Encinitas CA. Sweet and smooth can describe this new ride made from actual parts from the car line. See Eric power slide into the camera with tunes and live shots from San Diego bands “Honeybucket” and “Pivit”.
Then X Corps host Bob Woodard surfaces after sunset in San Diego at the “Chamber” indoor skate park. Bob talks to Osiris pro skater Dave Mayhew. Hear what Dave has going and see his moves around the zone. Fun camera work and sweet skate runs by other riders including San Diego local Ray Gauthier.
Roslyn and Jason wrap the show back in Santa Monica with another “Skateluge” run followed by a sneak look at an upcoming X Corps episode featuring the next generation of “Snow Bikes”. Check your gear before you jump! See The Action Hear The Music Join The Xcorps! 3/2002 TRT-29:30 Close Captioned J.S.Edmondson ©2007 The Xcorps

more > (5:48) Xcorps Action Sports Show #4.)"AIRBORNE"-seg4- The X Corps crew takes to the air in this high flying episode with hosts Roslyn Bradle and Jason Lazo strapping on parasails at 15,000 feet and Red Barron Bob Woodard taking off for wild moves in a 1927 TravelAir open cockpit biplane. New tunes from Maverick Records roll this show hard and up with fresh sounds from Paul Oakenfold and tracks from the Austin Powers movie Goldmember. Prodigy’s - Baby’s Got a Temper - CD powers a segment with XC host X Guru Eric Ducharme as he introduces a cool new ride – the Trikke at the beach in
Encinitas . Your feet never need to touch the ground on this new fun sport item.
X Corps veteran Ray Murphy joins the mayhem with some smoke jumping and fast canopy swoops in the skies over Lake Ellsinore Ca. Ray who is a pro skydiver with over 3500 skydive jumps is also a B.A.S.E. jumper with footage on this show to prove it BIG! Drop face to face with Roslyn and Jason as they plummet at 120 MPH straight toward earth. Multiple POV camera angles here provided by fellow divers. Check out the landings! New tunes here from the LMC Records band Off By One. Crank it up!
After that it’s back to Bob Woodard in the open cockpit of his biplane on beach patrol over the Carlsbad breaks. Feel the wind, check the waves and see what a Red Barron thrill ride is all about. For more info go to www.barnstorming.com After Bob lands he intro’s a trippy new video from Maverick Records artist Paul Oakenfold featuring Shifty called Starry Eyed Surprise. Chill to this one. Still adrenalized after their jump Roz and Jason close the show from the jump zone at Lake Ellsinore with a preview clip from the next show - Paintball – where team XC battles team Vengeance and Roslyn goes to jail. Go big or go home! 8/2002 TRT-29:30 J.S.Edmondson Closed Captioned

more > (3:11) Xcorps Action Sports Show #7.)"SPEEDSKI"-seg2- You can see all the action and hear all the music in this custom episode of The X Corps called SPEEDSKI which introduces the audience to hidden sports like the Long Beach to Catalina open ocean water ski races. The show opens with XC host Jason Lazo jammin’ some of his own tunes with his guitar on the beach at Swamis in
Encinitas Ca. Jason intro’s the whacked sport of open ocean high speed water skiing-The Catalina races- held once a year out of Long Beach harbor. Participants in the race sign up for a 63 mile round trip straight line tour to the island of Catalina and back pulled by high performance 1200 horse power race boats. Most racers go non-stop completing the circuit in less than 1 hour! Average speed is 70mph.
We shot this segment strapped into an open door rock ‘n’ roll helicopter the Boeing MD-500 with pilot Larry Etchandy at the controls. Larry is crazy and used to shooting big Hollywood films and he gave us one wild ride resulting in some great action footage. Try flying backwards and sideways just feet in front of an open throttled race boat! Interviews with the winning skiers on board the ocean liner Queen Mary after the races. See www.catalinaskirace.com for more info.
After that Jason intros a fun segment on a new way to roll with a product from Australia called The Wheelman. Eric The X Guru Ducharme hosts this segment shot at his pad in
Encinitas Ca where several of the motorized units were being assembled. Eric talks to inventor Grant Taylor about the new 46cc rim drive 4 stroke foot motorcycle and gets to ride one too. Extremist and snowboard legend Shawn Farmer is on hand here as well helping with the assembly. If you can stand on a snowboard or ride a skateboard you can roll on a Wheelman says Grant. New music from Maverick band Unloco pumps it up here too. See www.wheelman.com.au for more info.
After that Jason takes us to a new video from the talented Michelle Branch who sings her new tune “Goodbye to You”.
More hard tunes from Unloco and see Erics Moab Utah wipeout! The show wraps with Jason laying down another tune from Swamis Beach along with a little more speed ski footage and a promise of more adrenaline laced episodes. See the action and hear the music-join the Xcorps. Additional music by One Side Zero. J.S.Edmondson 3/2003 TRT-29:30 Close Captioned See the Action Hear the Music Join The X Corps. ©2007TheXcorps
