(1:05) Andrew LaPenna is the newest member of the Meanwhile Skateboards team. We met up with him in Nashville to skate at 2 public skate parks: Metro and Franklin. Andrew is so consistent at landing tricks I had to separate the Metro footage and the Franklin footage into 2 different video parts because he was landing more than falling. He's not the most tech skater out there but he can skate most any terrain at full speed and land rolling out smooth. Watch this video of Andrew from the Franklin skate park -- you'll see what I'm talking about. This footy is from Saturday August 9th, 2008. Andrew is from Chapmansboro TN, just turned 17 a few days ago and is looking for a shoe, wheel, bearings and truck sponsor. Side note about Andrew he recently placed 3rd at the Free Flow contest in Nashville - his run in the finals could have held it's own in a pro contest - it was nearly flawless. http://www.meanwhileskateboards.com < less
