We hope to make improvements to this incredible location that is currently little more than a covered, open space with a few ramps and rails scattered around. Hundreds of skaters from all over the Tri-Borough area, New Jersey, and elsewhere come to the park every week, which is in the heart of New York's skate district, accessible to public transportation, and shaded part of the day by virtue of the massive bridge structure overhead. The Coleman Skatepark at Manhattan Bridge is a sanctioned skatepark, and has such great potential to be a world-class skate spot. Please help and make a donation. Go to WWW.MBSKATEPARK.ORG and be sure to list MANHATTAN BRIDGE SKATEPARK in the Tribute window. Thanks for your support, and SHARE THIS LINK! < less

Hoffman first set the record in 1992 by being towed into a 20ft high ramp and soaring 20ft above that, putting him 40ft above the ground. He has since improved on that record several times and the current mark stands at 26.5ft above a 24ft ramp, 50.5ft above the ground.
Kevin's Super Quarter Pipe will be 27ft high, meaning he will have to be 27ft above the top of the ramp and soar over 54ft above the ground to break the world record. < less

Show host Jason Lazo opens it up south of San Diego in Chula Vista California right along the Mexican border reporting on the new CORR off-road races. The X HD cams rolled from all angles on this new style of motor sports with Jason trackside in the high horse jammin war zone of V8 noise, flying gravel and fast trucks! Suburban Records band Dirtball matches the action level with their song “RockRoll”! Raptillian Baby!
See high rev mud slinging action backed by a screaming spectator crowd of over 10,000 with Baja and NASCAR drivers banging it up and going BIG off kickers and berms easily covering 10 truck lengths through the air! It’s loud and Jason’s proud to be there covering all the moves over the mile long course carved into a mountain- an old stone quarry on the Mexican border- making for a great view of the action from the stands. Sub NoiZe Records band Hed PE pumps it up with their new video “Suffa”. Sick POV action shots here from cameras in the rigs as well
The Kottonmouth Kings presenting their rip-hop video ‘Living Proof’.
The segments pound on with more Sub NoiZe music from the Humble Gods pushing their tune ‘Destroy’-only the strongest survive! In the pits Jason talks to MX legend Jeremy McGrath about CORR and his crossover to 4 wheels! See what he says. After that the relentless high-powered action continues with Jason hanging with a Mariachi band and the sweet Monster girls! Rolling the pits J Man then speaks to CORR drivers Josh Baldwin, Ricky Johnson and Alan Pflueger Junkyard Prophet jams their song ‘Remember Me’ presented by RIVE. Jasons back trackside for more dirt motor racing with the start of the Super Buggy category of off-road motosports fueled by Dirtballs song ‘Batter Swing’. The show goes BIG with wild shots of tow in surfer Garrett McNamara outrunning locomotive waves at Jaws and Teahoopu Tahiti backed by tunes from MOWER. Hang on! The scenes are mellow here too with sweet Oahu island shots of rainbow framed beaches under the waving coconut palms. So Ono!
After the break Jason goes from SCUBA to outrigger canoe and then on to the North Shore of Oahu to hang at the Hawaiimana beach crib and some surfing by team members Alisha and Davey Boy Gonsalves, Jason Miller and Oleema Miller.
Then the X cams roll down the beach to V-LAND to catch rising NSSA surf champ Carissa Moore carving and rippin! Jason meets her on the beach for a little interview. She how she gets her training and hear her fun laugh! Jason samples some local flavor and crosses the island again to meet with open ocean stand up paddleboard master Aaron Napoleon who leads the Xcams offshore to the turbulent Molokai Channel for a look at this emerging challenging sport! It was a challenge getting these shots in the rolling big waves as Aaron paddled his 15-foot board up and down the deep blue victory at sea swells all captured for our viewers in HD!
Everyone onboard was hanging tight as Aaron paddled the huge water edited with a fresh new music video from San Diego band My American Heart. Nice fit! Jason talks with the HawaiiMana man back at the boat. See what he says about the ride!
The next segment rolls back to the shoreline to catch the voice of Hawaii fitness man Joe Teipel body surfing Sandys beach in style! Jason talks with the waterman about HawaiiMana and the island spirit of Aloha. The show closes out with Jason back in SCUBA gear and a beach sunset near Diamond Head talking with HawaiiMana girl Kristin Austin doing some Yoga moves. Just another day in paradise for those who join The Xcorps!
Stay tuned for more fun in the sun future episodes covering training for the HawaiiMana Fitness Challenge in Hawaii. See http://hawaiimana.com/ for more.

Jason talks with record label honcho Fred Croshal about current Maverick artists such as Madonna, Alanis Morissette, Prodigy and The Deftones as well as other upcoming projects. After that Jason and the X Corps girls are back in Irvine California at the Invert Carnival where insane Moto X pro’s from the “Metal Mulisha” are going huge! Then at the half pipe a BMX rider does a huge “Superman” and sexy X Corps host Roslyn Bradle gets mobbed by autograph seekers. Go Roz baby! Jason and Roz then preview the new Tony Hawk Pro Skater 3 video game. Pretty cool game action footage here from Activision – the makers of the game – cut to music from the game soundtrack featuring the bands “Sum 41”, “Pennywise”, “Papa Roach”, ”Soul Hooligan”, “Drowning Pool”, “Ozomatli” and others to keep things rolling hard! Video clips, sound bytes and advise from Tony Hawk who also talks about PAIN and what the word means to him. Then more invert action with Jason talking to pro skater Scott Taylor from Activision about Tony and the new skate game. Jason intro’s the new song and video “Cadillac” from the band “Mest”. After the break Jason and Fred Croshal are back at Maverick Records for a “Maverick Minute” previewing the new song and video from Marilyn Manson “Tainted Love”. Firestorms raged as gravity riders from around the world zipped on leathers, checked trucks and let it go at the IGSA sanctioned event organized by rider Frank Waterhouse who broke the course record on the closed stretch of highway not far from the Mexican border. Xcorps host Bob Woodard opens the show from San Diego riding the Speed Skater street luge equipped with the new SkateBrake.Papa Roach and Lo-Tel pump the action with X and Gravity Games winners like Rat Sult and the ever-loved Kludy pushing 60mph down the hair pinned and cliff edged coarse which offered no room for error. See riders in their best speed tucks and a sick head over heels wipeout by gravity bike rider Noah Rutherford who lives to tell the Xcorps cameras all about it. Inline speedskaters Dave Lambert and downhill champ George Merkert talk about their realm of the event and invite other skaters to go for speed while Donald Orlando shows off his 84mm 6 wheel skates he got up to 58mph! Nice. After that Xcorps guest host and gravity champ Rat Sult talks to the fiercest female competitor in the league Stacy Allen from Oklahoma and asks her how she got into the sport. Music from the Rolling Stones and Dr. Dre back the piece. After the break speed board legend Kludy talks to the camera about the effects of big winds on course speed. Frank Homemade Waterhouse wraps the shootout with his thoughts, more race action and some powerful shots taken from space of the fires that surrounded the event closing all exit roads. Many camped the night. Bob Woodard takes another luge run and opens for Xcorps host Jason Lazo who is in Detroit hanging with the So Cal band NHOI-Never Heard Of It- who are playing Saint Andrews Hall in the rock city. Jason talks with the band about their tour and proceeds to blow the place up!Additional music by the Deftones and Drowning Pool. See The Action Hear The Music Join The Xcorps! The show opens with XC host Jason Lazo jammin’ some of his own tunes with his guitar on the beach at Swamis in Encinitas Ca. Jason intro’s the whacked sport of open ocean high speed water skiing-The Catalina races- held once a year out of Long Beach harbor. Participants in the race sign up for a 63 mile round trip straight line tour to the island of Catalina and back pulled by high performance 1200 horse power race boats. Most racers go non-stop completing the circuit in less than 1 hour! Average speed is 70mph.
We shot this segment strapped into an open door rock ‘n’ roll helicopter the Boeing MD-500 with pilot Larry Etchandy at the controls. Larry is crazy and used to shooting big Hollywood films and he gave us one wild ride resulting in some great action footage. Try flying backwards and sideways just feet in front of an open throttled race boat! Interviews with the winning skiers on board the ocean liner Queen Mary after the races. See www.catalinaskirace.com for more info.
After that Jason intros a fun segment on a new way to roll with a product from Australia called The Wheelman. Eric The X Guru Ducharme hosts this segment shot at his pad in Encinitas Ca where several of the motorized units were being assembled. Eric talks to inventor Grant Taylor about the new 46cc rim drive 4 stroke foot motorcycle and gets to ride one too. Extremist and snowboard legend Shawn Farmer is on hand here as well helping with the assembly. If you can stand on a snowboard or ride a skateboard you can roll on a Wheelman says Grant. New music from Maverick band Unloco pumps it up here too. See www.wheelman.com.au for more info.
After that Jason takes us to a new video from the talented Michelle Branch who sings her new tune “Goodbye to You”.
More hard tunes from Unloco and see Erics Moab Utah wipeout! The show wraps with Jason laying down another tune from Swamis Beach along with a little more speed ski footage and a promise of more adrenaline laced episodes.
