more > (6:38) Xcorps Action Sports Show #24.)"RCX"-seg3- This nitro powered episode of the Xcorps introduces the viewer to the adrenalized world of 1/8 scale top fuel remote control trophy car racing at the ARC track in Murrieta California, pro Disc Golf in Washington D.C and 2nd generation jet H20 X board action in Maui Hawaii. The show opens with speed junkie host Rat Sult fully involved and charging his number 4 car to the lead of the screaming pack. These RC racers start at over a thousand dollars and take remote control racing to the 60 mph 30 foot airborne level. Lots of sweet crashes here too. Rat talks with pro racer Paul Coleman about his strategy for a win. Maverick Records band Unloco along with Suburban Noize label band KottonMouth Kings keep the piece off the ground and rolling hard. In the next segment Rat thros to host Bob Woodard seaside at the Carlsbad lagoon testing the X Board – a new H2o jet powered surfboard from a company called CyberAds. Watch sweet
bikini clad girls riding these X boards fast and smooth in California and Maui Hawaii edited to a cool and freaky animated video from Rive Video featuring the RoadRunner Records band To My Surprise doing their song In The Mood. Fun stuff. Bob talks with company man Jim Habig about this insane ride. Then more shots of hard body
bikini chicks on X Boards. After the break Rat returns to intro XC host Eric the X Guru Ducharme in Washington D.C. covering the sport of Disc Golf at one of the oldest disc courses in the U.S.-Calvert- near the University of Maryland campus. The disc golf concept follows traditional golf with 18 holes- metal chain baskets- with an average par of 3 per hole. Specialized discs are used for drives, mid range and putt shots. Eric shows his throwing skills and talks with pro disc golfer DJ Wimer about his 1st cash win and asks player Pete Okorn for 3 words describing the growing sport. XC host Jason Lazos band Don Juan Invitation backs the piece with their song Dime Store Baby. Segment 4 brings Rat Sult back for more nitro RC race action with some huge overhead big air jumps and Rat talking to Paul Coleman and 1st place winner Ray Norte driving his winning car an Offenheimer 7. The show wraps with Rat and KottonMouth Kings band member and fellow racer D-LOK throwing some love to the sport and the Xcorps audience. See the Action-Hear the Music-Join the Xcorps! more > (6:41) Xcorps Action Sports Show #8.)"SURF"-seg3- A sport as cool as riding a wave is the focus of this XC episode featuring a surf trip to the notorious island of Todos Santos off Ensenada Mexico and an exclusive interview with surf legend Gerry Lopez at his home in Maui Hawaii.
Hosts Jason Lazo and Roslyn Bradle open the show from the beach in Santa Monica Ca where Jason talks about the south of the border shoot taken with a group of San Diego surfers. Follow them as they cross the border and head for Ensenada Mexico overcoming challenges such as a boat breakdown 10 miles off the coast. See how they eventually reach and ride the open ocean monster waves at a break called Killers!
Also on this show we go to exotic Hawaii to the island of Maui to visit and talk with Pipeline surf legend Gerry Lopez who invited our cameras into his home and onto his surfboard! Yes we attached a H20 cam to his board for some fun shots of the master carving some turns at HoOkipa beach park. See these exclusive shots and hear what Gerry has to say about the early days of Pipeline and why he missed the 1st Pipeline Masters surf event. Included are clips of fellow surfer Corky Carroll in Huntington Beach Ca with his side of the story! Who do you believe? While at his house we asked Gerry what kind of surf junk he had stored in his garage and scored big by turning up the original board from the 1978 Warner Bros. cult movie Big Wednesday starring Gerry and actors Jan-Michael Vincent, William Katt and Gary Busey. See what else the XC cams find in his garage and check the sweet
bikini clad native girl swimming in nearby crystal waters. Smooth island music here from the local band Paradyse c/o Outrigger Hotels.
After that it’s back to California where Roslyn opens a segment with The X Guru - Eric Ducharme riding the new SiKK Bike – the worlds smallest motorcycle. Pretty SiKK and pretty fun!
Jason closes out the show from Todos Santos with a few more big waves along with a promise of the return of B.A.S.E. jumper Ray Murphy to the next show with his own version of SiKK action- jumping the sheer cliffs of Copper Canyon Mexico! Music by Soul Hooligan/Diana King, Sea Lords, Screamin Seamen, Prom Kings and Chron. Respect the Ocean. Mahalo. Trt: 29:30 6/2003 J.S.Edmondson Close Captioned
