WWW.MBSKATEPARK.ORG - The Tony Hawk Foundation has begun a Pledge Drive for the skatepark under the Manhattan Bridge in New York City. We hope to make improvements to this incredible location that is currently little more than a covered, open space with a few ramps and rails scattered around. Hundreds of skaters from all over the Tri-Borough area, New Jersey, and elsewhere come to the park every week, which is in the heart of New York's skate district, accessible to public transportation, and shaded part of the day by virtue of the massive bridge structure overhead.
