The show opens from Stead Air Field near Reno Nevada where host Jason Lazo is walking the line at Mig Alley called this because of the nest of Russian jet fighter aircraft parked there. It’s all about high performance on the Xcorps with Jason looking Top Gun sitting in the original 70s era Mach 2.3 cockpit. The Russian plane is known for its very high performance and terror factor to U.S. fighter pilots! Segment one warms up with some close up shots of the Red Star Squadron jet and some pre-flight briefing by X Rocket pilot Bob Ray who coaches Jason on the finer points of ejection seat etiquette. If the engine quits its time to leave-fast- since the plane nose-dives like a lawn dart without power! Jason checks out the thin wings and BIG engine, which jams the jet over 1300 mph wide open! Guest host Rat Sult who is known in the industry as a bad assed nice guy has some fun as an Xcorps host giving details on subjects such as his protective leathers and how to roll without burning on a high-speed slide. Great shots here with Rat screaming by the cameras at close to 60 MPH on the rural So Cal hairpins. See dust fly as he cuts it too close and hits the rock wall.! New hip hop vid from the band WildChild doing their song WonderYears rolls this action. After the break Rat returns with some shots from his luge gold medal wins in the X and Gravity Games and a thro to a pimpin huge video from our pals at RIVE and SPV Records with the band Monster Magnet rolling out their song Unbroken Hotel Baby. Firestorms raged as gravity riders from around the world zipped on leathers, checked trucks and let it go at the IGSA sanctioned event organized by rider Frank Waterhouse who broke the course record on the closed stretch of highway not far from the Mexican border. Xcorps host Bob Woodard opens the show from San Diego riding the Speed Skater street luge equipped with the new SkateBrake.Papa Roach and Lo-Tel pump the action with X and Gravity Games winners like Rat Sult and the ever-loved Kludy pushing 60mph down the hair pinned and cliff edged coarse which offered no room for error. See riders in their best speed tucks and a sick head over heels wipeout by gravity bike rider Noah Rutherford who lives to tell the Xcorps cameras all about it. Inline speedskaters Dave Lambert and downhill champ George Merkert talk about their realm of the event and invite other skaters to go for speed while Donald Orlando shows off his 84mm 6 wheel skates he got up to 58mph! Nice. After that Xcorps guest host and gravity champ Rat Sult talks to the fiercest female competitor in the league Stacy Allen from Oklahoma and asks her how she got into the sport. Music from the Rolling Stones and Dr. Dre back the piece. After the break speed board legend Kludy talks to the camera about the effects of big winds on course speed. Frank Homemade Waterhouse wraps the shootout with his thoughts, more race action and some powerful shots taken from space of the fires that surrounded the event closing all exit roads. Always bringing you the best in alternative sports action see the big Hemingway/Grey style hookup and the brute battle between man and fish. See both sides win in this match. After that Bob opens a segment on speed wind surfing on the ocean off Maui with pro boarder Chip Pennel who we fitted with a full blown helmet cam package for some super clean POV shots Xcorps style. Then it’s back to Bob this time on the island of Kauai riding ATVs – thats all terrain vehicles- at his own speed – FAST! Check out the action and great scenery here with Bob cruising areas where the feature films Jurassic Park 1&2 were filmed. Lots of mud flying with new tunes from San Diego band UNDERshade. Rolling in after that Roz opens to Eric The X Guru and a special segment on the action sport of mountain boarding or off road skate boarding. Eric is an authority covering the sport since it surfaced almost 10 years ago. Check out Erics own moves and shots from past events including that of XC host Jason Lazo with the first mtn. board the SuperCruizer. The band Unloco rocks this segment hard to the end. Topping off this eXotic island visit is a look at some true Hawaiian action from Iffy who is a champion fire dancer. (3:11) Xcorps Action Sports Show #7.)"SPEEDSKI"-seg2- You can see all the action and hear all the music in this custom episode of The X Corps called SPEEDSKI which introduces the audience to hidden sports like the Long Beach to Catalina open ocean water ski races. The show opens with XC host Jason Lazo jammin’ some of his own tunes with his guitar on the beach at Swamis in Encinitas Ca. Jason intro’s the whacked sport of open ocean high speed water skiing-The Catalina races- held once a year out of Long Beach harbor. Participants in the race sign up for a 63 mile round trip straight line tour to the island of Catalina and back pulled by high performance 1200 horse power race boats. Most racers go non-stop completing the circuit in less than 1 hour! Average speed is 70mph. We shot this segment strapped into an open door rock ‘n’ roll helicopter the Boeing MD-500 with pilot Larry Etchandy at the controls. Larry is crazy and used to shooting big Hollywood films and he gave us one wild ride resulting in some great action footage. Try flying backwards and sideways just feet in front of an open throttled race boat! Interviews with the winning skiers on board the ocean liner Queen Mary after the races. Eric The X Guru Ducharme hosts this segment shot at his pad in Encinitas Ca where several of the motorized units were being assembled. Extremist and snowboard legend Shawn Farmer is on hand here as well helping with the assembly. If you can stand on a snowboard or ride a skateboard you can roll on a Wheelman says Grant.
