(3:29) Xcorps Action Sports Show #15.)"RAT"-seg4close- This Xcorps episode runs fast hot and just inches off the pavement with guest host and gold medal street luger Rat Sult taking our cameras to his secret training hill and a tour of his X toy filled garage all pumped hard with new music and videos from Rive Video Productions. Guest host Rat Sult who is known in the industry as a bad assed nice guy has some fun as an Xcorps host giving details on subjects such as his protective leathers and how to roll without burning on a high-speed slide. Great shots here with Rat screaming by the cameras at close to 60 MPH on the rural So Cal hairpins. See dust fly as he cuts it too close and hits the rock wall.! New hip hop vid from the band WildChild doing their song WonderYears rolls this action. After the break Rat returns with some shots from his luge gold medal wins in the X and Gravity Games and a thro to a pimpin huge video from our pals at RIVE and SPV Records with the band Monster Magnet rolling out their song Unbroken Hotel Baby. Interview with band member Dave Windorf after the video. What an icon! Then the luge street action returns from the serpentine hills 30 miles north of San Diego with Rat and some adrenalized POV on board shots pushed by the angst and darkness of RoadRunner Records band SlipKnot letting loose out of control scenes from their new video Duality. This band set some new standards for sure. After the dark there comes the light with Rat introducing the band Nickelback and their new video Feeling Way too Damn Good. Nice film production and effects quality here. Feeling good tune. Then Rat picks up more speed on his billet aluminum street luge and rolls the cameras this time to his house in Temecula Ca and a look at the fun sports toys he keeps in his garage. Sweet XC host Roslyn Bradle opens the show with a little air under her snowboard at Mtn High in Wrightwood Ca looking good and moving fast. Also the first shots of the elusive and rare Guerilla Boarder-the resorts own BigFoot- appear here with XC cams catching the beast pulling moves to Maverick Records band Soul Hooligan. The monkey has talents! What follows next is what we do best cutting the edge with hosts Bob Woodard and Eric Ducharme testing out the new model snow bikes with a Go Big attitude and a knack for avoiding the ski patrol. We had a great crew who came out to shred the sick park in Les Deux Alpes this summer and take time to taste the flavour of the other slope offerings, including the infamous slush pools. The camp was a great success and we look forward to running it again next year. (3:11) Xcorps Action Sports Show #7.)"SPEEDSKI"-seg2- You can see all the action and hear all the music in this custom episode of The X Corps called SPEEDSKI which introduces the audience to hidden sports like the Long Beach to Catalina open ocean water ski races. The show opens with XC host Jason Lazo jammin’ some of his own tunes with his guitar on the beach at Swamis in Encinitas Ca. Jason intro’s the whacked sport of open ocean high speed water skiing-The Catalina races- held once a year out of Long Beach harbor. Participants in the race sign up for a 63 mile round trip straight line tour to the island of Catalina and back pulled by high performance 1200 horse power race boats. Most racers go non-stop completing the circuit in less than 1 hour! Average speed is 70mph. We shot this segment strapped into an open door rock ‘n’ roll helicopter the Boeing MD-500 with pilot Larry Etchandy at the controls. Larry is crazy and used to shooting big Hollywood films and he gave us one wild ride resulting in some great action footage. Try flying backwards and sideways just feet in front of an open throttled race boat! Interviews with the winning skiers on board the ocean liner Queen Mary after the races. Eric The X Guru Ducharme hosts this segment shot at his pad in Encinitas Ca where several of the motorized units were being assembled.
