(6:38) Xcorps Action Sports Show #27.)"CABO"-seg3- Action sports in exotic locations is THE Xcorps and this show delivers both in high doses with sports fishing off Cabo San Lucas Mexico, Baja offroad racing in the desert and spectacular fire dancing at the Melia Cabo beach resort. The show opens with music from Maverick Records mega artist Alanis Morissette and XC front man host Bob Woodard in his element-on board captain Randy Hinton’s Cabo sportsfisher-the Incognito- heading out into one of the best fishing areas on the planet- the Pacific ocean at the end of the scenic Baja peninsula 1000 miles south of San Diego Ca. Check out the action with Bob and the crew hooking up to striped Marlin in grand Hemingway style! Included are underwater shots of the huge fighting fish along and many scenes of local wildlife such as jumping Grey whales and giant flocks of pelicans. Xcorps promotes tag and release in sports fishing demonstrated by Bob wrestling one of the underwater monsters one handed-getting the hook back and sending it on its way in the mile deep waters below. Music from the So Cal band The Dorados and their song “Hooked On Hookin Up” fits the action like a glove. This band knows their fish songs! The next segment rolls ashore and into the desert with Bob hooking up with Gala Ancona and Fernando Cancino from Baja Wide Open Adventures for some offroad race action. See the dust fly as Bob straps in and hits the test track with cool music and scenes from Les Claypool’s Frog Brigade “Buzzards of Greenhill”. Also here is an insane clip of XC host Rat Sult dragging his new V8 sand rod at Glamis dunes Ca. Another good fit thanks to the local Cabo buzzards and our friends at RIVE. After the break the action returns to the deck of the “Incognito” for more world class hookups with Bob and the boys landing and releasing 2 more Marlin for the X CAMS! After the sun sets its over to the resort for a special look at the nightlife in Cabo with Malabara-an exotic fire dance team-performing. Slow camera shutter speeds capture the flowing fire action as the dancers spin fire to music from island irie legend Eddy Grant doing his song “Everything Irie”. Cool hot stuff on Nikki Beach! (7:14) Xcorps Action Sports Show #44.)"PADDLEBOARD"-seg.3- This special BIG X WAVE episode tidal waves the screen with host Jason Lazo in Hawaii hanging with tow in surf hombres Garrett McNamara and Kealii Mamala ripping big waves off Hawaii and Tahiti along with a look at the sport of open ocean paddle boarding in California featuring the 32 mile Catalina Classic. Jason opens the show from scenic Cardiff Reef California where a group of local watermen are on the beach talking about their recent ocean race paddling from the island of Catalina to the So California coastal town of Manhattan Beach a distance of 32 miles! Jason talks to top seated arm paddlers Tim Fischer, Brian Szymanski and George Plsek about the endurance ocean journey which began back in 1928 with Tom Blake taking just under 6 hours to make the arm paddle trip. Jason and the X crew head to the North Shore of Hawaii to meet with big wave tow-in surfers Garrett McNamara and Kealii Mamala for a look at a niche end of surfing bringing on the biggest adrenalized rush! See them tow in to ride monster walls off the North shore at a break called Log Cabins, off Maui with the freight trains at Jaws and in Tahiti jamming the infamous teal tubes of Teahoopu. The next segment tows in with more massive surf shots and roaring waves cut with Japanese indie band legends BORIS winding up their strings with their new video Statement riding alongside the action. Only on Xcorps! Jason talks with board masters Garrett and Kealii about the sport and recent overhead conquests. Garrett raps about how it feels to be just in front of rolling tons of water and what viewers could do to get that feeling! Kealii talks about his recent trip to California to test ride Mavericks. SubNoiZe band Dirtball feeds the need here with their song Im Not. Not a band to back down and we appreciate it here on Xcorps where we let the music roll with the action! Jason opens the last segment from the Cardiff Reef beach with paddlboarder and local PIPES surf cafe chain owner Tim Fischer talking about how he felt at the start and end of a 32 mile open ocean paddle. Always the comedy on Xcorps! Thanks to Hawaiimana Nutrition and Hawaii Action Sports for some of the big wave shots in this show. Aloha and mahalo! Closed Captioned.
