(1:30) There was a great turnout for the Halloween BMX Benefit for Mikey Aitken. He is still recovering in the hospital and going through intense physical therapy. The tanner trails were shaped perfectly and everyone had fun on the spookily decorated course. There was a best costume prize and a huge raffle. Skullcandy was on hand with a bunch of product giveaways and to enjoy the action. The best part of the day was that the BMX community rallied together to raise over $5000 for Mikey. While this is only a small dent in his medical bills, the generosity is greatly appreciated. To see more highlights from the event follow the links below. (1:38) Having broken the Guinness World Record for a motorcycle with a leap of 322 feet, 7.5 inches over the length of a football field during the 2007 Red Bull New Year's Eve Experiment, Robbie Maddison will jump his bike more than 120 feet high and land on the top of the 96-foot-high and 40-foot-deep replica Arc de Triomphe in front of Paris Las Vegas. What goes up must come down, and Maddison's not going to argue with physics. Upon completing the jump, he will then drop off the Arc and freefall 50 feet to a massive landing ramp below. We all dream of our own backyard setup. Well he has it. But I think he needs to spend a little bit more time preparing it. The fact he manages to keep the cigarette makes it like a hundred times better.
