Personally I like trucks a bit loose, (rollerskates, and boards) for more more freedom with maneuvability. I don’t like them too tight. Loose, but not like a whore… ;)

So the best place I could think of was a site that lots of people with MORE expertise in this area than I have, may frequent… But I also wanted to get other opinions as well. I’m in a women’s roller derby, and there are always discussions about what brand pads are best.

What have you tried and liked? Have you had previous knee surgery, and what would you suggest is best for skating again after a mishap???
Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!!
