nearly, im on concrete now the grass was just for the first go. i know what i need to do, my feet just dont move properly

you gotta pop up and bend down with your knees more

and trying it on the road or concrete is how i learned. you can get more air

when i first learned ollies i tried them stationary but soon found out that moviing and then poping slideing and leaping was e-zer maybe u should try it moving

jump higher and slide your front foot slide higher and stay in the air longer

MEtahill is right. U have to let ur front foot stay up a while.Oh and why are u olling in the grass?But w/er. U shouldnt need kneepads while in the grass.But yea. that last ollie u did[attempted], u shot straight out forward. U need to have an upward motion.Not Straight up. But like Up and the way the board is pointed when u kick it.but try even harder and u... more >

after u pop pull your knees up with u u r just slamming the board down with your front foot let i t get in the air then do the foot motion

first of all try to jump up higher so the board has more room to pop into the air second of all when you ollie sometimes it helps to lift your back leg while on the air
