Manhattan Bridge Skatepark - Please Donate

NYC needs a skatepark that raises the standards toward something state-of-the-art. It’s almost embarrassing. NYC can’t even hold a huge skateboarding event, unless they bring their own ramps (including a vert ramp). We have enough ball fields with their lights on all night and no one playing on them…it’d be nice to have one skatepark with lights, esp on hot ... more >

NYC needs a skatepark that raises the standards toward something state-of-the-art. It’s almost embarrassing. NYC can’t even hold a huge skateboarding event, unless they bring their own ramps (including a vert ramp). We have enough ball fields with their lights on all night and no one playing on them…it’d be nice to have one skatepark with lights, esp on hot summer days, to be able to skate at night.
