I was just as guilty as Kareem and Ocean for skating these contests. Hell, I even had a "tape" of like Napalm Death. I'm pretty sure that the freestylers back then were pretty bummed that we rolled up and just skated back and forth fast instead of staying in one place and bouncing on our trucks. Plus, I think each one of us won these contests. Probably got a trophy somewhere, funny. < less
